It is anticipated that the formal EIS process will extend through October 2004.

The project is intended to ultimately move through the EIS, Preliminary Engineering, Detailed Design and Contract Documents, Tendering and Award, Construction and Commissioning. The Planning and EIS for the Utilization of the Existing CSX Corridor will be addressed as a first separate deliverable.
